中国篮协重罚江苏上海，多家美国媒体报道前上海外援比斯利。
“布莱索和比斯利所在的上海队被指操纵季后赛，因此被CBA取消本赛季参赛资格。”美国媒体写道。
比斯利在社交媒体中表达了不满:“亲爱的粉丝们，我想借此机会澄清一下。很遗憾，我因为受伤不能参加CBA。此外，上海没有为我提供必要的帮助和住宿，以妥善处理我的受伤。
“我想强调的是，离开球队对双方来说都是一个友好的决定。我现在100%健康，准备重返篮球。
